Former Atlanta Falcons Star Grady Jarrett Lists Georgia Home for $6.3 Million—After Signing $125 Million Contract With Chicago Bears

Former Atlanta Falcons star Grady Jarrett is going all in on Illinois by putting his sprawling Georgia mansion on the market for $6.3 million—just months after signing a $12.5 million three-year contract with the Chicago Bears.

The 32-year-old athlete picked up the luxurious bachelor pad, which is situated in the outskirts of Atlanta, in 2020 for $3.5 million, five years into his 10-year run with the Falcons.

However, since joining the Bears in March 2025, Jarrett has decided to sever his remaining ties to the Atlanta team by offloading his former home for almost double the price he paid for it just five years ago.

Listed by Robin Collins of Ansley Real Estate/Christie’s International Real Estate, the dwelling is the epitome of elegance and comes complete with seven bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms.

The dwelling, which was built in 2008, sits on a 2.51-acre lot and measures 11,480 square feet. It hit the market on Sept. 27, as first reported by the Wall Street Journal.

The property was "designed for luxurious living and unforgettable entertaining" thanks to its "soaring ceilings, intricate ironwork, natural stone accents, and dramatic statement features like a floor-to-ceiling backlit onyx fireplace," according to the listing.

The facade of the home hints at its lavish interior with its ivory-toned palette and dramatic steps.

The property in question last changed hands in May, two months after Jarrett signed his Bears deal, and boasts seven bedrooms and eight full bathrooms.

The "exquisite" estate sits on 2 acres overlooking the 17th hole of the White Deer Run Golf Course, according to the listing.
