10-Acre Florida Ranch With NBA-Level Facility Is Listed for $38.9 Million in Celebrity Enclave Where Gisele Bündchen Lives
An enormous 9.69-acre Florida compound with a brand-new 10,500-square-foot entertainment facility "that can be transformed into anything you can imagine" and resort-inspired grounds has just hit the market in Southwest Ranches for an astonishing $38.9 million.
If it reels in anywhere near its asking price, the 23,442-square-foot estate could become one of the top sales in the ultrahigh net worth neighborhood that celebrities, professional athletes, and supermodel Gisele Bündchen call home.
"I have never seen a property done to this scale before," says Tommy Crivello of the Tommy Crivello Real Estate Group, who is co-listing the property with Angeline Earnest of Coldwell Banker Realty.
"It has something for the entire family as well as the privacy to be independent. The way it is designed now, it is big enough for an end user who loves it and wants to use it as a primary residence, but it could also be someone who wants to come down six months out of the year."
Once the home of Mexican singer Juan Gabriel, the luxury residence last traded hands for $9,000,000 in 2022. Its asking price of $1,659 per square foot is currently the highest-priced listing in the exclusive Sunshine Ranches enclave of Southwest Ranches.

"Everything has been completely redone with extensive remodeling," Earnest notes. "The landscaping, garage, pools, and the 10,000-square-foot recreational facility are all new. Every structure also has a new roof."
The sprawling property boasts a five-bedroom primary residence, a three-bedroom guesthouse with a catering-grade kitchen, a members-style clubhouse with a full bar and private theater, and a gym and spa wellness retreat with a massage room and cold plunge.
Private lakes, immersive art, koi ponds, "producing orchards," a Tiki pavilion, and two pools, including one with a custom 10-foot rock-jumping wall, can also be found on the enormous lot. An outdoor basketball court and hockey rink round out the property.
"There are 10 acres of walkable space," she adds. "It feels like the whole property is livable and is not overwhelming."
Crivello called Southwest Ranches the "Hamptons of South Florida" for its "rural-luxe" privacy, but it's also ideally located just minutes away from private aviation in Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
"We are seeing a lot of high-end celebrities coming here," Crivello says. "I see an entrepreneur, hedge fund person, athlete, or real big car collector buying this property. It could also be someone who is looking for a place for the entire family, as it is designed for multigenerational living."

A custom-engineered lighting system transforms the pathways into nocturnal works of art. For equestrians, the sale also includes plans for a seven-stall barn with oversized paddocks.
"The property is large enough that there is room for another outdoor facility, and it has direct access to miles of riding trails," he says. "Everything in Southwest Ranches has rural zoning, so you can have a garden and any kind of animal on property. It just flows effortlessly."
Created as a "fully integrated private campus," the serene property also features art installations and curated gathering spaces for entertaining.
“You can get to the beach in 30 minutes, Amerant Bank Arena in 15 minutes, Las Olas Boulevard for the nightlife, and Pembroke Gardens is just 10 minutes away,” Crivello says. “You can retreat to the country, or you can be in the limelight as much as you want to be.”
Built in 1964, the Chicago brick-clad main estate boasts a renovated interior with two guest suites, each with a private entrance and that “function as private apartments within the residence.”
A lavish upstairs primary wing has a breakfast bar, a refrigerator, a seating area, dual bathrooms, separate closets, and a private terrace.

Other highlights include an executive office, a chef’s kitchen, a built-in wine preservation system, a custom bar, and a wraparound covered balcony on the main level.
A detached garage pavilion spanning nearly 2,000 square feet is fully air-conditioned. The four-vehicle structure has lift capability to accommodate up to eight vehicles. It also has floor drains, integrated compressor and vacuum systems, EV-ready outlets, workstation walls, and extra storage space.
One of the most impressive features of the property is its enormous entertainment facility, “currently home to a nonprofit basketball program.”
The “NBA-level” structure features professional athletic flooring, locker rooms, conference spaces, a viewing balcony, and a smoothie bar.
Its flexible design could also be reimagined into a 50- to 100-vehicle auto showroom, a private museum, a production studio, or an event venue.
“The nice thing about the facility is that it has a second mezzanine where you can have spectators watch,” Crivello notes.
“You could also transform it into an indoor equestrian facility. It offers the peace of mind that upscale riders want. There has been a big shift for people who are car collectors, so the facility could also be transformed into an auto showroom. The building is huge and would be a focal point for an equestrian, athlete, or car collector.”
